As a Self Storage Manager, you will work independently across multiple locations, handling both indoor and outdoor tasks. Your responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, making product suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, manage cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle customer payment reminders and collection calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining the exterior grounds and curb appeal.
