About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This customer-service-focused security role involves working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., for 36 hours per week. The hourly wage is $17.00, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Must have a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
