About The Position

This role involves calling dealers and individuals to develop new customers and maintain current customers for the Heavy-Duty Truck Department. The position also includes assisting with loading vehicles and equipment onto online platforms.

Requirements

• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to cold call on customers with positive results.
• Strong listening skills.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Data entry skills are necessary.
• Able to learn company-specific programs when necessary.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calling customers, both current and new, to develop business relationships.
• Establish new customers for both consigning and buying at the Auto Auction.
• Communicate with marketing assistants to develop leads and update records.
• Working the sale and/or the conditional sales area on auction day.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Uploading photos of vehicles and equipment to online platforms.
