About The Position

Help keep customers moving with the parts they need. As a Sloan Express Customer Service Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers by phone and in person to help them find and order aftermarket parts from the Sloan Express website/catalog. You’ll provide knowledgeable service, accurate information, and a great customer experience from order to delivery.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

• Agricultural equipment knowledge is preferred, particularly experience with tractors, combines, planters and tillage equipment—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with aftermarket parts orders by phone and in person.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability and delivery information.
• Process and manage website orders.
• Support Sloan Express farm shows and Sloan Implement events as needed.
• Assist with warehouse operations when needed.
• Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed.
