Responsibilities
- Perform various responsibilities related to the reception of callers and visitors.
- Distributes and tracks sales RFQs and POs throughout multiple inboxes.
- Distribution, organization and tracking of customer inquiries sent to Radwell via the internet or through other electronic means.
- Daily delivery of incoming mail.
- Process outgoing mail (sales marketing material).
- General sales related administrative support.
- Enter Quotations and process orders into sales order processing systems.
- Build new customers in sales order processing systems.
- Assist in business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance.
