About The Position
Build a six‑figure career at Elk Grove Kia where a high-volume dealership and award-winning products make success truly achievable. We are currently hiring Customer Service Sales Representatives. Previous automotive or sales experience is not required to apply. Paid training Plus, C.Rice Global (automotive recruiter) will be on-site to provide a free automotive bootcamp to qualified candidates.

- Valid driver's license for potential client test drives
- Clean background and driving record

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfactory retail experience
- Communicate professionally with customers via email, phone, and text messaging
- Present quotes and estimates for customer approval
- High commitment to customer satisfaction
- Contribute to team goals and achieve daily quotas
- Demonstrate vehicle features and explain their benefits (in-person training will be provided)
