The Customer Service & Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. This includes, but is not limited to entering orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, entering and processing RA’s, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately. This position reports to the Customer Service & Sales Support Manager and is part of the Customer Service & Sales Support team located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide customer support via phones and emails Enter customer orders into CRM system Enter and process return authorizations.
