About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our Tremron Design Center team! This on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, contractors, homeowners, builders, designers, and outside sales representatives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time. As a Design Center Customer Service Sales Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers visiting or calling the Tremron Design Center. This position is responsible for providing professional customer service, assisting with product selections, supporting sales efforts, entering accurate orders, and helping ensure a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service, inside sales, showroom, building materials, hardscape, landscape, construction, or design center experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting customers, contractors, homeowners, builders, designers, and visitors in the Design Center
  • Providing professional customer service in person, by phone, and through email
  • Assisting customers with product selection, colors, styles, applications, and general project needs
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of Tremron products, applications, availability, and installation basics
  • Providing basic technical assistance related to product use, installation, maintenance, and care
  • Preparing accurate quotes, invoices, sales orders, and customer documentation
  • Ensuring orders are entered completely and accurately to reduce errors, delays, and customer issues
  • Coordinating with dispatch, scheduling, production, and yard teams to support timely deliveries and customer pickups
  • Communicating with customers regarding product availability, lead times, order status, delivery schedules, and product changes
  • Supporting Outside Sales Representatives with customer follow-up, order entry, product information, quotes, samples, and project needs
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through professionalism, follow-through, and responsiveness
  • Promoting Tremron products and helping identify additional sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer and account information
  • Assisting with showroom displays, product samples, literature, and Design Center organization
  • Staying informed on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs
  • Completing daily paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Collaborating with management and sales teams to improve customer service, sales processes, and overall customer satisfaction
