Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Proficiency with data entry, basic math calculations, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, order management systems).
- Comfortable working in a showroom environment and providing product information to walk-in customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service, order entry, showroom sales and social media experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits.
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, and inventory updates.
- Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
