About The Position

The Customer Service Sales Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support.

Requirements

  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
