About The Position

Adams Automotive and Now Auto Care are hiring energetic, customer-focused people who want to learn the automotive service business and grow into a high-income advisor role. You do not need to be a master technician or lifelong car expert to start. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, high energy, coachability, and the drive to build something bigger. If you have worked in customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, sales, call centers, fitness, or team-based environments, this role could be a great next step. We will teach you our process. You bring the effort, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to a Houston-area location
• Interest in automotive service and customer-facing work

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is helpful, but not required for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help manage the front-of-shop experience
• Learn how to write service orders and communicate repair needs
• Help customers understand maintenance and repair recommendations
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and in person
• Work with technicians and managers to keep vehicles moving through the shop
• Build confidence in sales, communication, and automotive knowledge
• Grow into a full service advisor role with strong earning potential
