About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Quote and Order Management Specialist) to join our Customer Service team. You will be responsible for managing the full quote-to-cash cycle, including preparing customer quotes, processing orders, and handling invoicing, which involves close coordination with internal teams and global partners. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless order execution and delivering an exceptional customer experience, which will positively impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In this position, you will report to the Customer Service Manager / Strategy Lead. This position is located in Prince George, BC but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quote and order management, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely customer quotes based on product specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment
  • Collaborate with global partners, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Handle invoicing and billing processes, including resolving discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the quote and order process
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within systems
  • Identify and contribute to improvements in customer service processes and workflows
