About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and occasionally assisting with the food program. Employees work throughout the store, inside and outside, helping maintain store appearance and complete daily tasks with an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position is part-time, with evening availability and weekday and weekend availability required. The stated hiring range is $16.50 to $16.75.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
• Evening availability, with weekday and weekend availability required.
