About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves assisting customers and working throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and support daily operations. Representatives work with an energetic team and may also assist with the food program. This part-time position has evening availability, with weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Assist with the store's food program as needed.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Communicate and collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks.
Respond quickly to problems and offer suggestions.
