About The Position

Sealing Agents Waterproofing, Inc. is a residential subcontractor specializing in waterproofing and material spreading services. Our customer base primarily consists of homebuilders and other contractors in the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area. We also have branch offices in SC, GA, and TN. The corporate office is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years work experience in a call center environment.The position is central to the entire administrative staff and is an important component that networks staff member to customer, and staff member to staff member, that contributes to the overall success of the business. This is a full-time position with a fast-growing company and will be ideal for individuals looking for a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential.

Requirements

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Excellent demeanor on the phone/Pleasant personality
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced organizational skills
• Team player
• Creative & Resourceful problem solver, anticipates future needs and thinks outside the box
• Google Apps for Business and Microsoft Office experience
• Heavy keyboarding/data entry
• Knowledge of construction industry desired but not required
• High School Diploma
• Two + Years of Customer Service and/or dispatch experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
• Process warranty renewals for new or existing customers
• Selling of new products available to homeowners
• Route emergency calls appropriately
• Perform clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, accepting orders, scheduling appointments
• assist team leaders with production and sales-oriented requests
• assist customers with requests
• Work with managers and sales and team to provide greater efficiency in production
