Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must currently reside in the state of Connecticut.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.

  • Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, human services, social services, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer inbound customer inquiries.
  • Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs.
  • Provide accurate information and connect customers with available community resources.
  • Research programs and services to best assist callers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality while following company procedures.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
