As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for customers via inbound phone calls. You will address inquiries about the program and troubleshoot issues with customers’ online portals. You will strive for first-call resolution to provide exceptional customer service. You will use problem-solving skills to identify root causes and find solutions using company tools. You will meet quality, schedule adherence, and call handling time standards. You will also mentor and guide less experienced team members as needed and perform other related duties as assigned.
