We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and begin a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Biondi Motor Company is looking to hire a Body Shop C.S.R. All applicants must have at least 1 year of some Automotive experience & background. This individual must be customer satisfaction oriented with the ability to listen to our customers’ needs and make the additional recommendations needed for their vehicles. This is a "people person" business that requires the job skills to work with both customers, body shop technicians and parts department. Must be comfortable around today's advance technology with both computer and phone skills. Organization and neatness are traits needed as well. Training is available. We are a family-owned dealership with over 60 years in business.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of automotive experience and background.
