Requirements

  • Required availability for all shift types, including days, evenings, weekends, split shifts and holidays
  • A positive, service-first attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Confident problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
  • Ability to meet pre-employment background screening requirements

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
  • Book, change, and cancel reservations with ease
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Support travelers with our online booking system
  • Assist with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
  • Answer questions with professionalism and care
  • Keep the ticket office clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Complete light cleaning and administrative tasks
