Requirements

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Provide outstanding customer service and client support.
• Answer questions and explain available benefit options.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and trust.
• Learn customer service, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
