About The Position

Scott Cars is looking for a Collision Center Customer Service Representative to join their team in Allentown, PA. This role reports directly to the Collision Center Manager and assists with administrative duties within the body shop. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, handle multiple projects, and possess excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train the right candidate.
