About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. The role works in the kitchen and supports customer service by taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, operating the cash register, collecting payments, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members are expected to provide outstanding customer service, keep the work environment clean and organized from the customer’s viewpoint, and maintain a professional appearance that complies with Domino’s grooming standards. The company offers training and opportunities to develop skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
