About The Position

This is how you WOW: Customer Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer needs from start to finish with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and professionalism. Omnichannel Support: Efficiently answer incoming calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, tracking, cancellations, returns, and general inquiries using defined parameters. System Management: Perform critical order management functions within the SAP ERP system and diligently update customer data in the OneView CRM system. E-Commerce & Tracking: Assist distribution partners with eCommerce/portal functions and track sales orders through shipping and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborative Problem Solver: Team up with colleagues to maintain phone coverage while turning frustrated customer experiences into long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Entry-level position where no prior experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, the internet, and other computer programs.
  • Fluency in English accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish a positive rapport with callers.
  • A natural ability to anticipate customer needs based on initial inquiries or limited information.
  • Strong collaborative skills to resolve issues with team members.
  • Basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience being highly preferred.
