This is how you WOW: Customer Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer needs from start to finish with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and professionalism. Omnichannel Support: Efficiently answer incoming calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, tracking, cancellations, returns, and general inquiries using defined parameters. System Management: Perform critical order management functions within the SAP ERP system and diligently update customer data in the OneView CRM system. E-Commerce & Tracking: Assist distribution partners with eCommerce/portal functions and track sales orders through shipping and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery.
