Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders within designated systems. Provide customer service to daily activities related to warehousing operations. This role requires flexibility, reliability, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, initiative, and a commitment to quality of work. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining an appropriate appearance and adhering to safety guidelines. The position involves coordinating, problem-solving, and communicating workflow with customers, fellow employees, and outside carriers. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, WMS, document scanning, copying, and basic office skills are necessary, along with proficient and accurate data entry skills. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, and to twist, squat, and reach above shoulder level.
