About The Position

Budget Truck & Auto is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to become a key member of their team. As the first point of contact for customers, this role is essential in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting collision repair and service operations. The company has over 50 years of experience specializing in collision repair, custom painting, and vinyl graphics for various vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year of office or administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CCC ONE
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Automotive, trucking, collision repair, or service industry knowledge

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a positive first impression
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally
• Processing vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
• Entering and maintaining accurate customer, billing, and repair information
• Assisting with invoicing and billing functions
• Coordinating paperwork and documentation throughout the repair process
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as needed
