Customer Service Representataive
About The Position
Ultradent, a global name in oral health care, is seeking experienced, talented Customer Service Representatives to join their in-house sales team. This role involves managing a high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales, cross-selling/up-selling, educating customers on products, and providing technical support. While the position is primarily remote, candidates must be local to the Salt Lake Valley and will be required to attend live trainings at headquarters. The shift is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Requirements

- Must be driven to meet company sales and customer service goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer skills
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience is ideal
- Dental industry background is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales
- Cross Selling/Up Selling to and educating customers on products through inbound calls
- Providing technical support to customers on product related questions
- Work closely with our outside sales force
