Ultradent, a global name in oral health care, is seeking experienced, talented Customer Service Representatives to join their in-house customer service team. This role involves managing a high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales, cross-selling/up-selling, educating customers on products, and providing technical support. The position requires collaboration with the outside sales force. While the role is primarily remote, in-house live trainings at headquarters will be required.
