About The Position

Cornell Center Animal Hospital is a Lakefield Veterinary Group clinic in Beaverton, Oregon. Our goal is to give the best quality veterinary care while allowing our staff to have a great work-life balance. Cornell Center is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. We are a small team that prides ourselves in excellent patient care and client communication. Our practice is looking for a person who enjoys working as a team, cares about those around them, and is truly interested in the highest quality medicine we can offer.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and monitoring multiple phone lines.
  • Thorough, accurate, and compassionate communication with clients, other clinics, and our internal team regarding medical questions and concerns.
  • Thorough medical documentation.
  • Customer service and support for clients in clinic, by email, chat, and phone.
  • Managing client scheduling using Cornerstone.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Ability to remain organized and multitask while helping multiple clients.
