Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers
  • Enter customer orders accurately into company systems
  • Communicate order updates and information to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks throughout the day
