The City of Lenexa Parks and Recreation department is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to work out of the Rec Center and Old Town Activity Center facilities. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and public relations experience and possess the following qualities: Shows initiative, Completes tasks quickly and correctly, Enjoys interacting with patrons, Has previous customer service or public relations experience, Wants to join a fun, supportive team. This year-round position averages 20 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule, generally Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. The position also requires availability to work scheduled City events, which may occur outside of regular business hours. Serves as the primary contact for all aspects of registering individuals for programs, memberships, activities, classes and festivals and all aspects of reserving indoor and outdoor facilities.
