Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client services role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
• Friendly, empathetic, and dependable team player.
• Genuine care for helping clients and supporting colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, compassionate demeanor.
• Passion for creating a positive client experience and building trust with pet owners.
• Value teamwork and contribute to a collaborative, uplifting culture.
