About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role begins as part time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service via phone, email and text. Job responsibilities will also include basic data entry. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently from home once training is complete.

Requirements

  • Must be able to attend 1 week of in-person training in Baldwin, NY
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated in home office away from background noise
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Farmingdale, NY

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
  • Document customer interactions in our system
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
