About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. This is an entry-level opportunity to develop customer-service and teamwork skills while making pizzas. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, assist customers, and help keep the equipment and facility clean. Training is provided in Domino’s pizza-making techniques, with an emphasis on quality, teamwork, and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
