Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years of customer service experience in an office environment.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, wholesale, or a related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process customer inquiries and sales orders accurately via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
Support the sales team by coordinating customer requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
Promote products, specials, and additional offerings to help meet customer needs.
Coordinate special orders, pricing updates, and product samples.
Prepare and distribute customer pricing and bid information.
Answer questions regarding products, availability, and order status.
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, product quality, shortages, or service issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
