The CSR plays a very important part in the operation of a consumer finance office. The duties of a CSR are to wait on the customers, take applications, investigate credit, take payments, refinance loans, help with the delinquent work, send out advertising letters, and complete other duties. This person must fill out correctly most of the office forms and reports, as well as maintain current the master cash drawer, bank deposits, and related daily transactions. The company views all employees as potential branch managers. CSR's who receive first consideration for promotion are those who excel not only at their own job but understand the positions of AM and Manager. The Customer Service Representative is expected to PREPARE FOR MANAGEMENT.
