About The Position

Customer Experience Representative (CSR) at Jackson Comfort Services. This role is the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their home services (e.g., AC, furnace, plumbing). Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
  • Schedule service appointments and create customer records
  • Help customers understand next steps and what to expect
  • Ask great questions to identify customer needs
  • Coordinate with dispatch and field teams
  • Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM
  • Provide calm, professional support during busy or stressful situations
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every single day
