About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, service-focused professionals to join us as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Benefits Advisors. This is an entry-level remote career where you can use your people skills, help families, and create opportunities for professional and financial growth. You'll meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, explain available benefit options, assist with enrollment, and provide continued client support. This opportunity combines customer service, client support, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help motivated individuals learn the business and build confidence.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
  • Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
  • Be comfortable using web-based technology
  • Be willing to complete required training
  • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

  • Previous insurance experience is not required.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Member Services, Client Relations, Call Centers, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Education, Administrative Support, Banking, Financial Services, Account Management, Military Service, Recruiting, Insurance, Sales may transfer well.
  • Entry-level applicants, recent graduates, veterans, and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, coachability, dependability, and potential are valued as much as previous industry experience.

  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
