Requirements

A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Previous customer service experience (retail or restaurant industry experience is an asset)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of restaurant supplies and equipment is a bonus

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable guidance on our wide range of restaurant supplies.
Accurately process orders and perform detailed data entry.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Learn internal operations and support the team to ensure smooth daily processes.
Be flexible with scheduling, including weekend availability
