About The Position

The primary responsibility is to provide inside sales support and account management for existing and new customers, providing a total customer experience while promoting Golden West Packaging products and services. This individual will coordinate projects from conception through shipping collaborating with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Must be able to commute to and from Livermore 5 days per week
  • 3+ years of experience in CS roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a proven track record of success

Nice To Haves

  • Experience specifically in a corrugated manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and operations to successfully coordinate projects from start to finish.
  • Interact with customers to effectively and timely address inquiries, requests and/or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales team members to ensure customer satisfaction with new and existing projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales team on mining existing customers for new opportunities using the “Align to Win” philosophy of one stop shopping.
  • Manage purchases needed for orders such as print plates, cutting dies, outside services, etc. ensuring we are partnering with other Golden West Facilities as projects allow.
  • Manage orders from order entry to collaborating with scheduling, production, and shipping to ensure on time manufacturing, quality and on-time shipping commitments are met.
  • Manage inventory accounts ensuring there is not too much or too little in the warehouse while working with customers to provide accurate forecasts for upcoming product releases.
