Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) Be the reason clients feel cared for the moment they walk in. Are you someone who loves connecting with people just as much as you love animals? We’re growing and looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate CSR to join our team immediately. This is more than a receptionist role—you are the first impression, the calm voice during stressful moments, and a key part of the care we provide. About us: Cottage Pet Hospital, part of the AmeriVet family, is a busy multi-doctor veterinary hospital in Anaheim, CA. Requirements
- Customer service experience is required (you know how to make people feel valued)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
Nice To Haves
- Veterinary experience is strongly preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk
- Provide clear, compassionate communication about services and care
- Handle payments and maintain organized, accurate records
