This role involves a mix of back-office and showroom duties, including answering phones, directing calls, filing, processing invoices and labels, and general customer service. The representative will also provide administrative support to Showroom consultants and assist retail customers and contractors with orders and their needs, both in person and over the phone. A key aspect of the role is helping customers select materials like stone slabs for projects such as granite kitchen counters or marble floors. Orders are processed using a computer program within a Microsoft Windows environment. The goal is to provide an excellent buying experience in a non-commissioned sales environment.
