Requirements

  • Professional communication style (both written and verbal)
  • Customer service focus
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift up to 40LB pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive parts or heavy-duty truck parts knowledge, beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Obtains sales orders from customers via phone and/or email
  • Provides knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability via phone and/or email correspondence
  • Works with internal departments to resolve customers’ issues (warranties, back orders, etc.)
  • Generates pick tickets for orders to the warehouse
  • Performs /assists in assorted warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, order check-in and verifications, cycle counts, Etc.
