Pet Emergency & Referral Center (PERC) is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our growing team. Requirements
- 2+ years of veterinary client service, veterinary reception, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Experience handling high-volume phone calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate during stressful situations
- Experience de-escalating challenging client interactions
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and hospital needs
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional client care
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
- Manage a busy multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments across multiple specialty and emergency departments
- Check clients and patients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate medical records and communication with referring veterinary hospitals
- Serve as a liaison between clients and medical teams
- Support pet owners during emotional and stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client and patient information within hospital systems
- Assist with administrative and front desk operations as needed
