About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our office in San Antonio. The main duties include handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are 8AM-5PM.

Requirements

  • Type 40+ wpm
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Experience handling high call volumes

  • Bilingual Spanish
