About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide timely and accurate support to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B customer service, is detail-oriented, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service or related role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work full-time (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM)
  • Adapt to evolving business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or P21

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Provide order status updates and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Assist internal and external sales teams with order entry, quote generation, and customer requests
  • Place, maintain, and track purchase orders for drop-ship components
  • Monitor and expedite purchase orders, keeping the team informed
  • Use ERP to perform essential business transactions
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Office Administrator Manager and General Manager to provide regular updates
  • Offer general office support and assist with special projects as assigned
