Customer Service Representative (Part Time)
About The Position
As a part-time Customer Service Representative in our Wausau Eastside branch, you'll help customers with everyday banking needs and keep things running smoothly at the front line. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid computer skills and clear, friendly communication
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and assisting with routine teller transactions and account requests
- Handling cash with strong attention to detail and balancing work accurately
- Spotting opportunities to connect customers with the right products/services
- Using bank systems to complete work efficiently while juggling multiple requests
