Provides customer service and sales support to the supplier base and internal company end-users. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through fulfillment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced Outlook skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable for achieving goals and results
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Background in customer service, sales support, purchasing, or order management
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service regarding material availability and order status via phone and email
• Coordinate issue resolution between customers and internal departments including Purchasing, Contract Administration, Finance, and Plant Operations
• Support internal sales initiatives and track progress toward customer service and order-related goals
• Create, update, and maintain reports related to customer issues, order activity, and sales performance
• Complete order entry and prepare customer quotes as assigned
• Assist with receptionist responsibilities, including answering and directing incoming calls
• Demonstrate a willingness to step in and support the team wherever needed
• Deliver professional, accurate, and timely written communication to customers and internal stakeholders
