Requirements

2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities
Self-motivated and team-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or higher a plus

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and convert them into scheduled service appointments
Make outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customers
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and timely customer records
Communicate with dispatch and management to support smooth daily operations
