Requirements

• A High School Diploma
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills, including handling sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Comfort with internet software, Excel, an ERP (Prophet 21), a CRM, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Be a true team player—back up your teammates and hold the standard you've set with clients.
• Handle customer communication by phone, email, and in person: taking orders, answering questions, and serving as a technical resource.
• Become the product expert customers trust—know the features, benefits, and applications inside and out.
• Resolve complaints about billing, shipping, or service, looping in the right team when something needs deeper investigation.
• Support our AS9100 quality process: logging complaints and non-conformances, and flagging where we can improve.
• Do the right thing, and take on other tasks as needed.
