This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service; receiving and processing orders, direct communication with truck drivers and customers, follow up and problem solve orders when necessary, and provide efficient and professional service to drivers and customers. Provide exceptional customer and driver support by processing orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Manage high‑volume calls and communications with truck drivers and plant personnel across 12 scale locations. Issue accurate tickets, maintain organized transaction records, and process overweight permits daily. Enter customer and job data into JWS and coordinate deliveries with freight carriers for efficiency. Communicate order confirmations, status updates, and ensure timely, accurate order processing. Provide after‑hours or early‑morning shift coverage as needed, including during inclement weather.
